Ted Experience is looking for confident, customer-focused individuals to join our high-performing sales team as an In-Store Sales Executive.
Working on behalf of Philip Morris International, you will promote IQOS, an innovative smoke-free alternative designed for adult smokers looking to make a positive change.
This is more than a sales role.
You'll be helping customers discover a better alternative while earning excellent commission and developing valuable sales and customer engagement skills.
What We Offer
- Uncapped commission with top performers regularly earning £3,500+ per month

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store and demonstrate IQOS products
- Educate adult smokers on smoke-free alternatives
- Achieve daily sales and performance targets
- Build positive relationships with retail store staff
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity
- Manage stock and promotional materials
- Transport, set up and dismantle promotional stands and equipment
About You
- Aged 21 or over
- At least 2 years' sales experience in a target-driven environment
- Confident, engaging and professional
- Self-motivated and results-focused
- Willing to travel within approximately one hour of your home location
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (not required for London roles)
- Valid Right to Work in the UK
