Ted Experience have an exciting opportunity with immediate start for a mystery shopper across London, Oxford, and Guildford.
Role Overview- Conduct mystery shop visits across clustered retail locations.
- Visit retail reps while they are on shift and complete structured feedback after each visit.
- Capture required evidence (notes / photos) and log all visits in the supplied CRM/portal immediately after each visit.
- Travel across London, Outer London, Oxford and Guildford (driving required).
- 6 hours per day.
- Monday–Sunday.
- Likely 5–6 days per week.
- 4–5 visits per day, depending on proximity of locations.
- Visit times vary to match store/rep shifts.
- £90 per day.
- Expenses paid.
- 1-hour training paid at £15 (training covers CRM use and reporting requirements).
- Project duration: approx. 2 weeks.
- Start date: ASAP / immediate start (training scheduled prior to first day).
- Valid driving licence and ability to travel across listed areas.
- Flexible availability including weekends.
- Comfortable conducting discreet in-store evaluations and uploading accurate CRM reports.
- Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple daily visits.
- Be over the age of 21.
- Own and have access to a car with a valid full UK licence and insurance (not required in London).
- Has proven sales experience.
- Be confident and comfortable engaging with customers.
- Willing to travel within a 1-hour radius drive of the designated location.
- Be hungry, eager, self-motivated and target driven.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
