Ted Experience has an exciting opportunity for a Product Sales Advisor to join our innovative, high performing and fast paced field sales team. You will be working with a world leading organisation to promote a revolutionary heated tobacco product, scientifically proven 95% less harmful than traditional cigarettes. This is more than a sales role. It is about engaging adult smokers, driving awareness of reduced risk alternatives, and supporting meaningful behaviour change while achieving strong earning potential.

What you can expect:

  • £15.33 per hour base pay
  • Average earnings circa £1,991 per month before commission
  • Commission regularly exceeding £3,500+ per month for top performers
  • Top earners achieving £4,500+ per month
  • Paid travel expenses (44p per mile plus parking) or £15 per day if taking public transport
  • Five days fully paid training in London starting 22nd June
  • Tuesday to Saturday working pattern
  • Six hour shifts within retail trading hours
  • Ongoing bonuses, incentives, recognition and progression opportunities

Role responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in retail environments to educate and promote heated tobacco and nicotine alternative products
  • Drive daily sales performance and achieve set targets
  • Build strong relationships with retail staff to support store engagement
  • Complete accurate reporting, customer insights and sales data capture

What we are looking for:

  • Must be over 21
  • Willing to travel within a 1 hour radius of assigned area
  • Previous sales or customer facing experience
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated, target driven and resilient
  • Right to work in the UK
