About The Role:
This is a growth focussed role is specific to identifying and developing new business opportunities for Ted Experience – playing a key part in expanding our clientbase.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, relationship building, content creation and and leveraging Ted Tech for data-driven business insights and storytelling. This role is challenging, exciting, and requires a combination of strong commercial acumen, stamina and a ‘winning’ mindset.
As part of the growth journey, you will ‘tell the Ted Story’ to the industry on and offline to make Ted Experience famous for its differentiation within the experience / staffing and field sales category.
Role Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, presenting Ted Experience as the clear market leader in workforce solutions deployment.
- Develop relationships with procurement teams and decision makers to gain knowledge of upcoming tenders with Ted being considered for RFIs, RFPs and being added to rosters.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple industries / companies /sectors.
- Gain regular meeting opportunities monthly, for you and senior agency personnel to present our agency to clients and receive live briefs.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals that align with client needs.
- Stay across our in house technology development ‘Ted Tech’ to tell the ‘data- led’ story, optimising business development efforts to leverage our unique insights and knowledge – telling this story online and in meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain a clear and accurate pipeline of business opportunities using CRM tools.
- Help shape and deliver sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create regular posts, articles, thought leadership pieces and other content to grow our presence on LinkedIn, other social platforms and industry media.
- Identify and propose other ways that we can positively grow Teds profile.
About You:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business development preferably for a new business agency or effort across field marketing agencies, staffing agencies or brand experience agencies. Experience of these sectors is mandatory.
- Astute, charming and savvy with a track record of establishing and nurturing new relationships, particularly with people in mid to senior positions.
- Smart, savvy and with good business acumen aka ‘you know how to make money’.
- Highly presentable with the ability to personally convey our brand attributes – professional, knowledgeable, confident, honest, and trustworthy.
- A highly detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills.
- A brilliant and clear communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with internal employees

- Aptitude for system processes, CRM management, and business development tools.
- High level of written English and attention to detail in producing both internal and external communications.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
