THE ROLE
The role of the Supervisor is to support the management team and location in accomplishing excellence. To manage the visual presentation of the store with keen commercial awareness, in order to enhance performance. To support the smooth running of the location by demonstrating the ability to use initiative and work unsupervised and to be a proactive ambassador of Ted, who understands and promotes the company “Mission Statement” and “Vision.”

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • People: Build good rapport with the team, ensure excellent team participation, and work with integrity and respect for others. Display personal motivation to inspire the team. Be proactive in effective training and incentives. Adapt to different people and situations. Manage time effectively and complete tasks correctly and efficiently following company policies.
  • Product: Use all available tools and information to stay updated on current product details. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, promote merchandising standards, and implement directives timely. Plan and execute visual merchandising and monitor results.
  • Commercial: Ensure the team demonstrates enthusiasm and consistency in sales both online and offline. Understand customer profiles and build relationships. Use location figures to support targets. Drive team performance, promote brand campaigns, and gather customer data to inform CRM strategies. Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends. Engage with Ted’s social media and support new sales initiatives.
  • Operations: In absence of the managers, deliver daily operations confidently. Follow health and safety procedures, support loss prevention, handle cash and banking procedures responsibly, and ensure communication and directives are followed.
