We are currently hiring Lead Service Technicians and Helpers for low slope commercial roofing. Year-round work available! Position Objective
The basic function of the Service Lead Technician is to complete repairs to the specifications of manufacturers and customers' satisfaction. Safety is our number one priority, and all Service Lead Technicians are required to inspect the job site for safety hazards and set up safety equipment before any repairs are made. This position involves inspecting roofs for damage, investigating roof leaks, diagnosing the source of leaks, and repairing the roof according to manufacturer specifications. Service Lead Technicians communicate their daily schedules with the Service Superintendent and customers, check in and out with customers, and provide documentation of roof diagnosis and repair methods, including photos and roof sketches. Additionally, they will train Service Technicians in proper safety, repair, and maintenance techniques. This position reports to the Service Superintendent.
