Commercial Roofing Leadman Summary:

You will be assisting the foreman of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems. You would help manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.


Commercial Roofing Leadman Responsibilities:

  1. Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles)
  2. Roof maintenance and repairs
  3. Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
  4. Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
  5. Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training of crew members as needed.
  6. Tracking inventory and filing daily reports.

Commercial Roofing Leadman Requirements:

  1. 3 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
  2. Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
  3. A valid driver\'s license
  4. Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
  5. Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb, and kneel
  6. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  7. Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions
  8. Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

  1. Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
  2. Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds.
  3. Travel: Local, voluntary out-of-state opportunities.
