This is a full-time hybrid Land Surveyor role based in Chelmsford, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting field surveys
- Performing topographic and land measurements
- Preparing clear and accurate survey reports
- Utilising surveying tools to measure and map out project sites
- Collaborating with the project team to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Performing rail and construction-related surveys as required
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
- Experience with Total Station equipment and Surveying techniques
- Rail experience is essential
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments
- A degree, qualification or experience in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with industry-specific software tools and standards is a must
- Experience in remote monitoring systems would be desirable
