Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated FM Supervisor to join our clients team, working within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day engineering operations while ensuring high standards of maintenance and compliance are met. Your responsibilities will include overseeing PPMs, reactive works, compliance, and team performance. If you're someone who is a strong leader with a hands-on approach, don't miss this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading the on-site engineering team.
- Carrying out reactive maintenance when required.
- Overseeing and ensuring completion of PPMs.
- Maintaining compliance in line with statutory regulations.
- Supporting the team with hands-on duties when necessary.
Requirements:
- Electrically or mechanically qualified.
- Previous supervisory experience within FM & building services.
- Strong understanding of compliance and logbook management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
