We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our clients engineering team, working throughout a portfolio of commercial sites across Central and West London. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring building services systems operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with statutory requirements. This position would suit a proactive engineer with a strong background in mechanical building services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive mechanical maintenance throughout commercial environments.
- Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) in line with schedules.
- Maintain & repair mechanical plant including HVAC systems, Pumps, Valves, Pipework, AHUs & FCUs.
- Fault finding and first-line response to mechanical issues.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical building services background.
- Proven experience in a similar static / mobile mechanical role.
- Relevant mechanical / plumbing qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds).
- Full UK Drivers License.
- Right to work in the UK.
