Job Reference: 1133 Job Title: Mobile AC Building Services Engineer Salary: £48,000 per annum 6 Monthly Bonuses Location: Bedfordshire Job Type: Technical / Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Job Summary We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Mobile AC Building Services Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you'll work across a mixed commercial portfolio in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and servicing of air conditioning and associated building services systems.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems. Diagnosing faults and completing repairs in a safe and efficient manner. Servicing and maintaining split, VRF/VRV and other commercial AC systems. Completing maintenance records, job sheets and service reports accurately. Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health & safety procedures and relevant legislation. Responding promptly to breakdowns and client requests. Working independently across multiple commercial sites while maintaining strong relationships with customers and site teams. Identifying potential issues and recommending remedial works where required. Supporting the wider building services team with general mechanical and HVAC-related tasks.
Requirements
