Youll carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across a portfolio of high-end commercial offices, retail sites, and historic buildings, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service on site.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across multiple sites. Undertake general building fabric tasks including carpentry, painting, decorating, patch repairs, basic plumbing, and minor maintenance works. Maintain high standards of workmanship across prestigious commercial offices, retail properties, and historic sites. Respond to maintenance requests efficiently, providing excellent customer service to clients and site teams. Complete job reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Mobile Fabric Engineer, Fabric Technician, or in a similar building maintenance role. Strong all-round building fabric skills including carpentry, decorating, and general repairs. Experience working within commercial buildings, retail environments, or heritage properties is desirable. Good communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK. Whats on Offer £35,000 per annum. Company van and fuel card supplied.
