Job Reference: 1240 Job Title: Foot Mobile Supervisor Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per annum Location: City of London & West End Job Type: Technical / Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Foot Mobile Supervisor to support a team of mobile engineers across multiple client sites throughout the City of London and West End.
The role is ideal for an experienced building services or facilities management professional with a strong technical background, who is confident supervising engineers, coordinating PPM and reactive maintenance, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities · Supervise mobile engineering teams across multiple client sites. · Plan and coordinate PPM activities and ensure completion within agreed timescales. · Oversee reactive maintenance and ensure engineers respond to faults within SLA requirements. · Allocate daily workloads based on priority, competence, location and contractual requirements. · Carry out site inspections and quality-check completed works. · Provide technical support and guidance on mechanical, electrical and building-services issues. · Monitor statutory compliance, RAMS, permits, isolations and H&S requirements. · Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings where required. · Investigate recurring faults and engineering issues, implementing corrective actions. · Manage and monitor subcontractors and specialist contractors where required. · Monitor SLA/KPI performance and review CAFM/work-order systems. Requirements · Experience supervising or leading mobile engineering or facilities management teams across multiple sites. · Strong building services background with knowledge of mechanical, electrical and general maintenance. · Experience coordinating PPM and reactive maintenance within a commercial environment. · Good understanding of statutory compliance, RAMS, permit-to-work and H&S procedures. · Experience using CAFM/CMMS systems. · Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. · Relevant engineering qualification, apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent experience. · Right to work in UK.
