We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management team, working across a prestigious managed-office portfolio in London. The portfolio consists of approximately 25 sites across the City and West End, providing a varied working environment across some of London's key commercial locations.
As a Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant and operational while providing an excellent level of service to clients and occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and associated equipment.
- Completing reactive maintenance tasks within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conducting routine inspections, testing and compliance checks.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports using relevant digital systems.
- Building strong relationships with clients and occupants through excellent customer service.
- Identifying opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and company standards.
- Managing your workload effectively across multiple London sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer within commercial environments.
- Holds a City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Possesses a valid F-Gas certification.
- Right to work in the UK.
