Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and professional Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a flagship, high-end commercial site in Tottenham Court Road. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of M&E engineers, alongside coordinating specialist contractors, to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of all building systems. You will play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of safety, performance, and statutory compliance across this prestigious property. The role is ideally suited to someone with a strong electrical background who thrives in a team-focused environment and can confidently coordinate multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced, high-profile setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPMs and reactive works
- Full delivery of M&E services
- Oversee compliance, reporting, and operational standards
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the site
- Liaise directly with the client regarding technical requirements
- Monitor and support maintenance activities
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards
- Record Keeping / Logbooks

- Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition HVAP Desired
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Strong building services experience
