We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Fabric Technician to deliver high-quality proactive and reactive building maintenance services across site as well as providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, technically capable, and confident supporting day-to-day fabric maintenance while working closely with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver proactive and reactive building fabric maintenance and repair works.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and repairs across facilities.
- Support engineering staff with a wide range of technical and maintenance duties.
- Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Follow established procedures to resolve routine maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Lead / Supervisory role.
- Trade qualification (Carpentry or Painting & decorating, etc).
- Strong organisational skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
