Your responsibilities will include managing five contracts across the UK, overseeing engineering teams and ensuring the successful operational and financial delivery of the contracts.

Key Responsibilities · Manage a portfolio of 5 contracts across the UK · Full P&L responsibility for approximately £1.1 million · Lead and manage resident and mobile engineering teams across the UK · Manage and support a Contract Support professional · Ensure contracts are delivered effectively, safely and in line with agreed service standards · Monitor operational and commercial performance across all contracts · Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders · Travel across the UK as required · Work collaboratively with engineering and support teams to ensure successful contract delivery Requirements · Proven experience in a Contract Manager or similar senior facilities management position · Strong commercial and P&L management experience · Experience managing engineering teams, including resident and mobile engineers · Strong understanding of facilities management and technical services · Excellent leadership and communication skills · Strong organisational and time-management abilities · Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities across a UK-wide portfolio · Full UK Driving Licence · Right to work in the UK What's on Offer · £60,000 - £65,000 per annum · £5,100 Car Allowance · 20% Performance Bonus · 25 Days Annual Leave · Company Pension Scheme · Hybrid Working · Opportunity to manage a significant UK-wide contract portfolio · Excellent opportunity for career progression If you live in and around the Northwest, Manchester, Leeds or Liverpool area, this could be the role for you.
