An exciting opportunity to join a leading FM & Building Services provider as a Contract Manager, overseeing a multi-site, multi-client commercial portfolio across Cambridge & Suffolk.
You will be responsible for managing M&E service delivery, leading engineering teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-site, multi-client commercial FM portfolio.
- Lead the delivery of M&E building services contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage engineers and specialist subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with H&S and statutory regulations.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and contract performance.
- Drive service excellence and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Level 3 Mechanical / Plumbing or equivalent
- Level HVAC or equivalent
- P&L experience
- 3 years experience in a similar position
- UK Drivers License
- Right to work in the UK
