Hours: Monday – Friday, Hybrid Job Summary We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Contract Manager to join our client's team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15 industrial sites across the UK , ensuring the effective delivery of facilities management and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility of £1 million.
- Manage a portfolio of 15 industrial sites across the UK
- Oversee the delivery of facilities management and maintenance services
- Manage a high volume of reactive maintenance jobs
- Coordinate and manage contractors and service providers
- Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor service delivery and contractor performance
- Ensure reactive works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
- Manage competing priorities across multiple locations
- Attend sites across the UK as required
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational delivery Requirements
- Previous experience in a Contract Manager, Facilities Manager or Technical Manager position
- Strong technical / engineering background
- Experience within facilities management, maintenance, building services or a related environment
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
- Experience managing reactive maintenance and contractors
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities
- UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK What's on Offer
