Job Reference: 1341 Job Title: Contractor Controller Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 per annum Location: Weybridge, Surrey Job Type: Facilities Management / Compliance Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Job Summary Were looking for an organised and proactive Contractor Controller to join our clients facilities management team in Weybridge. In this role, youll be responsible for managing contractor attendance, compliance and documentation across a busy commercial environment. Youll ensure contractors meet all required site procedures, competencies and compliance standards, while coordinating attendance and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Manage contractor attendance and access to site. Ensure contractors meet all required compliance and site procedures. Carry out audits of subcontractor performance and documentation. Manage legal and statutory compliance documentation. Monitor and report performance against contract KPIs. Maintain logbooks, records and compliance documentation. Produce monthly subcontractor reports and reporting matrices.
