Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically focused Technical Supervisor to join our client's team at a new, state-of-the-art critical environment in Chestnut, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will oversee the day technical team, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed to a high standard. You'll play a key role in supporting the operation, monitoring and maintenance of critical infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, UPS systems, generators, power distribution and associated control and monitoring systems. You do not need to be HVAP for this position, although LVAP would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in the work carried out by the day technical team.
- Ensure planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed to a high standard.
- Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of infrastructure equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure equipment and systems and respond to emergency repairs.
- Complete regular site rounds and inspections.
- Ensure all work activities are accurately recorded and reported to facility management.
