Job Summary: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Technical Services Manager (Electrical Bias) to oversee engineering operations within a prestigious high-end commercial office environment in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and highly organised manager with experience in corporate commercial environments and a proven ability to lead engineering teams within a large FM service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the on-site engineering team to ensure all building services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements.
  • Oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, statutory regulations, and company policies across the site.
  • Manage specialist subcontractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client and occupiers, maintaining strong professional relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Monitor site performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing engineering teams within a commercial or critical environment.
  • MUST hold NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition qualifications.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
