In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing an in-house M&E engineering team, as well as managing external contractors, across a brand-new, state-of-the-art commercial building in Reading. You'll play a key role in ensuring the building's M&E systems are maintained to the highest standards and that the site operates safely, efficiently, and effectively at all times. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the in-house M&E engineering team. Coordinate and supervise external contractors on site. Ensure all M&E systems operate safely and efficiently. Carry out regular inspections and monitor plant and equipment.
