You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of building services across multiple sites, carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems. Call-out work is optional, with plenty of weekend overtime opportunities available for engineers looking to increase their earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to helpdesk requests, breakdowns, and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards at all times.
- Liaise with site contacts and supervisors to maintain excellent levels of service.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures across sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used using CAFM/PDA technology.
- Provide detailed reports and updates on works delivered.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs and maintenance across multiple sites.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
