Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Job Summary
We're recruiting for an experienced Mobile Contract Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites in London. This is a hands-on supervisory role combining practical maintenance duties with the coordination of engineers, planned maintenance, reactive repairs and essential paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organisational skills and experience supervising engineers while ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
·Carry out and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
·Supervise engineers, technicians and maintenance operatives across multiple sites.
·Allocate daily workloads and prioritise urgent or high-risk jobs.
·Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales and service-level agreements (SLAs).
·Monitor outstanding jobs, overdue work orders and recurring faults.

·Coordinate specialist contractors for servicing, repairs and statutory inspections.
