Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Technical Services Manager (Electrical Bias) to oversee engineering operations within a prestigious high-end commercial office environment in Central London. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the on-site engineering team to ensure all building services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements.
  • Oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, statutory regulations, and company policies.
