This role is ideal for a mechanically biased supervisor with a strong building services background who is confident leading a team, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring high standards across HVAC and mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities Supervise the engineering team, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard. Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance and repairs across HVAC and mechanical systems. Support fault finding through a good understanding of BMS and control systems. Manage quality assurance, maintenance records and CAFM updates. Lead team performance, training, annual leave and timesheet approvals. Coordinate contractors, supply chain activities and spare parts management. Requirements Proven experience supervising mechanical engineers within a commercial building services or facilities management environment. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, valves, pipework and associated mechanical plant. Good understanding of BMS and mechanical control systems. Experience using CAFM systems to manage maintenance activities and documentation.
