Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate and experienced M&E Project Supervisor to join our client's team in Canary Wharf.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising small-scale M&E projects and coordinating third-party contractors across a large commercial environment. You'll oversee electricians, HVAC engineers, plumbers and other specialist contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer or supervisor looking to take the next step away from the tools and develop their career towards project management.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and coordinate third-party vendors, including electricians, HVAC engineers, plumbers and other specialist contractors.
· Supervise all project-related works, inspections and surveys on site.
· Act as the first point of contact for contractors attending the building.
· Escort vendors delivering works within the building where required.
· Manage and process permits to work.
· Carry out the first approval of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
