Job Summary: We're looking for a passionate and dedicated operations manager to join our clients team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of over 35 engineers, due to the nature of the work someone from a drainage/environmental facilities background will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of 35 engineers
- Oversee day-to-day drainage operations (reactive jobs, planned maintenance, emergency callouts)
- Supervise and support a team of drainage engineers and field staff
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience within Facilities Management
- Previous management experience
- Strong knowledge with drainage or similar environmental facilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
