Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our clients team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out fabric maintenance across residential properties. If you have a strong background in building fabric maintenance (joinery, patch repairs, basic plumbing, tiling and painting), we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Basic Joinery & Carpentry.
• Minor plumbing works.
• Tiling & painting.
• Carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance.

Requirements

• Comfortable working across a variety of trades rather than a single discipline
• Confident carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance
