We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Mechanical / Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you'll be working across multiple commercial sites within Zones 1-3, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance within a managed services environment.
Whether your background is electrical or mechanical, you'll play a key role in maintaining critical building services systems and ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently. If you're a multi-skilled engineer with strong building services experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
- Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical and mechanical equipment
- Maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant equipment
- Electrical maintenance including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and control systems
- Carrying out repairs and minor installation works as required
- Working across multiple commercial sites within Central London
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Strong building services maintenance experience
- Good understanding of electrical and/or mechanical plant equipment
- Experience working within commercial buildings
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Right to work in the UK
- Up to £45,000 basic salary
