Salary: £47,000 - £52,000
Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire
Job Type: Technical / Engineering
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Job Summary
If you have a strong background in Building Services and have worked in critical environments previously , this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client is on the lookout for a committed and talented Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team. You'll play a key role in keeping a large critical data centre running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM on mechanical and electrical building services.
• Respond to breakdowns, fault find and complete repairs.
• Maintain HVAC, pumps, boilers, pipework, electrical systems and lighting.
• Monitor BMS and identify mechanical or electrical faults.
• Follow H&S, permit-to-work and isolation procedures.
• Maintain accurate CAFM and maintenance records.
• Support energy efficiency and system performance.
• Liaise with contractors and building management.

Requirements
Level 2/3 in Mechanical, electrical or plumbing engineering
Experience working within FM/buildings services
2 years' experience in a similar position
Right to work in the UK
