This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical or mechanical engineer looking to take on a supervisory role while remaining hands-on within a multi-site, multi-client environment. The role will primarily involve commercial office spaces and university contracts, offering a varied and rewarding working environment. Key Responsibilities · Supervise and support a team of three mobile engineers. · Oversee maintenance activities across multiple sites and client contracts. · Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. · Support the delivery of maintenance services across commercial office spaces and university contracts. · Provide technical guidance and assistance to engineers when required. · Help coordinate workloads and ensure service delivery meets client expectations. · Participate in an on-call rota of one week in five.
