05:00pm Job Summary Were looking for an organised and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to support the delivery of an exceptional workplace experience across commercial facilities in Brighton and Sussex.
Youll be responsible for coordinating facilities services, managing work orders, supporting vendors and contractors, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring workplace issues are resolved efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coordinate and track work orders, service requests, vendor activities and day-to-day facilities operations to ensure effective service delivery.
Act as the first point of contact for workplace queries, providing timely updates and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Maintain facilities records, compliance documentation, contracts and reporting to support operational performance.
Coordinate contractors, landlords and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and standards.
Support workplace inspections, audits, budgeting, invoice processing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the workplace experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Administration or similar role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills within a commercial facilities environment.
Experience coordinating contractors, vendors or workplace service providers.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Right to work in UK.
