In this role, you'll work across a mixed commercial portfolio in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and servicing of air conditioning and associated building services systems. Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems. Diagnosing faults and completing repairs in a safe and efficient manner. Servicing and maintaining split, VRF/VRV and other commercial AC systems. Completing maintenance records, job sheets and service reports accurately.
