Job Title: Area Supervisor
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: City of London
Job Type: Technical/Engineering
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee engineering operations across a portfolio of commercial buildings in London.
This role will involve managing a team of engineers, overseeing compliance, and ensuring high standards of maintenance and service delivery across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a good understanding of facilities management compliance. Strong IT skills are essential, as the role involves a significant amount of administration and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
·Manage and support a team of engineers across multiple sites.
·Oversee compliance, documentation, and reporting.
·Ensure maintenance standards and procedures are followed.
·Monitor operational performance and service delivery.
·Travel between sites across London as required.
Requirements
