Job Description Job Reference: 1311 \n Job Title: Mobile AC Engineer \n Salary: £45,000 per annum \n Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire \n Job Type: Technical / Engineering \n Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm \n \n Job Summary \n We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Mobile AC Engineer to join our client's team, covering sites across the Peterborough area. In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and associated mechanical systems, ensuring equipment is operating safely, efficiently and reliably. \n If you're a skilled and motivated AC Engineer with strong diagnostic and maintenance experience, we'd love to hear from you. You'll play an important role in ensuring planned preventative maintenance is completed to schedule, reactive breakdowns are diagnosed and repaired efficiently, and all work is documented accurately. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n ·Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems. \n ·Complete PPM works to schedule in a proactive and efficient manner. \n ·Diagnose breakdowns effectively and carry out timely repairs. \n ·Notify the helpdesk of issues and seek advice from the Contract Manager where appropriate. \n ·Produce detailed and accurate quotes, including researched methodologies, correct parts and estimated labour requirements. \n ·Ensure quotations support profitability, cost control and client satisfaction. \n ·Accurately record and document all work completed. \n ·Raise appropriate documentation and quotations as required. \n ·Work in accordance with all mandatory health, safety, compliance and environmental requirements. \n ·Maintain a professional approach when working on client sites. \n \n Requirements \n ·Proven experience as an AC Engineer in a similar role. \n ·Strong experience in planned and reactive air conditioning maintenance. \n ·Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills. \n ·Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload effectively. \n ·Good communication and customer service skills. \n ·F-gas certification \n ·Full UK Driver's Licence. \n ·Right to work in the UK. \n \n What's on Offer \n ·£45,000 per annum \n ·£155 per week standby rate \n ·25 days holiday plus bank holidays \n ·Company van with private-use option \n ·Company fuel card \n ·Travel time paid door-to-door \n ·Overtime paid at time and a half \n ·Uniform and PPE provided \n ·Pension scheme \n ·Specialist tools provided (hand tools to be provided by the engineer) \n ·Death in Service benefit after 2 years' employment \n \n If you live in and around the Peterborough area this could be the role for you. \n \n Ready to take the next step in your career? \n \n Apply today and help us shape the future! \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
