Job Description Job Reference: 1133 \n Job Title: Mobile AC Building Services Engineer \n Salary: £48,000 per annum + 6 Monthly Bonuses \n Location: Bedfordshire \n Job Type:Technical / Engineering \n Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm \n Job Summary \n We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Mobile AC Building Services Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you'll work across a mixed commercial portfolio in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and servicing of air conditioning and associated building services systems. \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems. \n Diagnosing faults and completing repairs in a safe and efficient manner. \n Servicing and maintaining split, VRF/VRV and other commercial AC systems. \n Completing maintenance records, job sheets and service reports accurately. \n Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health & safety procedures and relevant legislation. \n Responding promptly to breakdowns and client requests. \n Working independently across multiple commercial sites while maintaining strong relationships with customers and site teams. \n Identifying potential issues and recommending remedial works where required. \n Supporting the wider building services team with general mechanical and HVAC-related tasks. \n \n Requirements \n \n F-Gas Cat 1 \n City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning \n 3 years' experience working in a similar position \n Strong building services experience \n Clean UK driving licence \n \n What's on Offer \n \n 25 Days annual leave + bank holidays \n Van & Fuel Card (Private use) \n Travel paid after 30 minutes each way \n 6 monthly bonuses (£500, £1,000 or £1,500) \n 1 in 9 Call out, £100 Standby & £100 per call \n Overtime, training and progression \n NO London \n \n If you live in and around the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or Cambridgeshire area, this could be the role for you. \n Ready to take the next step in your career? \n Apply today and help us shape the future! \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
