Job Title: BMS Engineer
Salary: £60,000 per annum

Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced and proactive BMS Engineer to join a busy engineering team working within a high-end commercial environment in Stevenage.
The successful candidate will have a strong BMS engineering background and previous experience working within a commercial or complex engineering environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance and performance of the sites Building Management System (BMS).
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the sites BMS system.
Complete PPM work orders within required timescales and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Troubleshoot BMS and HVAC-related issues and assist the wider engineering team with identifying and rectifying faults.
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requirements and technical issues.
Co-ordinate technical queries with relevant site teams and representatives.
Provide technical support and guidance on the BMS/HVAC systems to the wider maintenance team.
Work closely with engineers, team leaders and management to minimise downtime, improve efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with site procedures.
Requirements
Strong BMS engineering background.
Previous experience working within a commercial or high-end environment.
Good knowledge of BMS and HVAC systems.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an established engineering team.
Ability to provide technical support and guidance to colleagues.
Right to work in the UK.

Please note that the site is expected to relocate to Cambridge within the next three years. Candidates should be aware that, in the future, the role will require travel to and working from the Cambridge location.
