Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to electrical & mechanical plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Building Services. Key Responsibilities

• Travel as required to manage multiple contracts – flexibility is essential.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to electrical plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies according to contract requirements on Building Services.
• Utilise CAFM/PDA technology for real‑time job updates and provide detailed/comprehensive reports on work delivered.
• Respond promptly and effectively to all reactive maintenance issues and help‑desk requests associated with heating and ventilation systems, pumps, water tanks, valves, pipework and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure all work is delivered in compliance with legislation and contractual obligations.
• Speak to candidates with a strong background in mechanical & electrical works.

Requirements

• Previous FM experience managing multiple sites.
• Strong building services experience.
• Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations.
• City & Guilds, Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
