Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into: Engineering Manager

TecRec are currently searching for an experienced FM Administrator to work for a business with many years of extensive industry experience. My client has been founded by four industry professionals brought together by a common goal; to provide their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their needs and to deliver that service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out administration duties at my client's head office in Redhill, Surrey, including:

  • Performing clerical tasks to help an office run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Answering phone calls and emails.
  • Greeting and directing office visitors.
  • Building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff.
  • Organizing files and documents.
  • Providing administrative support to employers.
  • Arranging travel and meeting schedules for key executives.
  • Handling office finances, such as accounting and payroll.

All industry training will be provided.
