Job Summary
We are currently searching for an experienced Contract Administrator to work for a business with many years of extensive industry experience. My client has been founded by four industry professionals brought together by a common goal; to provide their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their needs and to deliver that service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for incoming calls and emails.
- Daily interactions with Clients, Subcontractors and Internal staff.
- Scheduling engineering staff on a weekly basis.
- Producing invoicing documentation on a weekly basis.
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required.
- Assisting with monthly and quarterly contract reporting.
Requirements
- Strong administration & organisational skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Previous experience within an FM/Building Services or construction environment.
- Local to Redhill (Within a 30-minute commute).
- Confident using internal systems.
