Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive M&E Shift Technician to join a busy engineering team working within a high-end, prestigious environment in Central London. The successful candidate will come from a Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing background and have previous experience working within high-end commercial, residential and hotel environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the building.
- Attend to mechanical, electrical and plumbing-related maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to faults, breakdowns and reactive maintenance requirements.
- Carry out routine inspections and ensure plant and equipment are operating effectively.
- Support the wider engineering team with day-to-day building services requirements.
Requirements
- Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing engineering background.
- Previous experience within a high-end commercial, residential or hotel environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
