Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive M&E Shift Technician to join a busy engineering team working within a high-end, prestigious environment in Central London. The successful candidate will come from a Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing background and have previous experience working within high-end commercial, residential and hotel environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the building.
  • Attend to mechanical, electrical and plumbing-related maintenance issues.
  • Respond promptly to faults, breakdowns and reactive maintenance requirements.
  • Carry out routine inspections and ensure plant and equipment are operating effectively.
  • Support the wider engineering team with day-to-day building services requirements.

Requirements

  • Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing engineering background.
  • Previous experience within a high-end commercial, residential or hotel environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
