Job Summary: We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Mobile AC Engineer to join our clients team, covering sites across the Bristol area. In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and associated mechanical systems, ensuring equipment is operating safely, efficiently and reliably. If you're a skilled and motivated AC Engineer with strong diagnostic and maintenance experience, we'd love to hear from you. You'll play an important role in ensuring planned preventative maintenance is completed to schedule, reactive breakdowns are diagnosed and repaired efficiently, and all work is documented accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems.
- Complete PPM works to schedule in a proactive and efficient manner.
- Diagnose breakdowns effectively and carry out timely repairs.
- Notify the helpdesk of issues and seek advice from the Contract Manager where appropriate.
- Produce detailed and accurate quotes, including researched methodologies, correct parts and estimated labour requirements.
- Ensure quotations support profitability, cost control and client satisfaction.
- Accurately record and document all work completed.
- Raise appropriate documentation and quotations as required.
- Work in accordance with all mandatory health, safety, compliance and environmental requirements.
- Maintain a professional approach when working on client sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AC Engineer in a similar role.
- Strong experience in planned and reactive air conditioning maintenance.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- F-gas certification.
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
