Salary Up to £42,000 per annum + package

Location Harlow, St Albans, Watford & Hatfield (North of M25)

Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into Contract Manager

TecRec are currently searching for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to work across a mixed commercial portfolio throughout the North of the M25 covering locations such as Harlow, St Albans, Watford & Hatfield, this is to work for an engineering firm that are experts in facilities management, they install, maintain and maximise technical systems within the built environment.

Our client was formed over 30 years ago and has now developed into a thriving independent building services engineering provider with an outstanding reputation in the market.

This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing planned & reactive maintenance across commercial office space

The ideal candidate will come from a building service background.

Locations North of M25, Harlow, St Albans, Watford & Hatfield

Managing logbooks.

Responsible for planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment.

Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required.

The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Electrical Installations which will consist of the following;

NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations

Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations

18th edition

2391 Inspection & Testing Desired

Well, presented, strong communications skills & client facing.
