Job Reference: 1379 Job Title: Mobile Contract Supervisor Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 per annum Location: Oxford Circus, Baker Street, Verde Building and Battersea Job Type: Technical/Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Job Summary We're recruiting for an experienced Mobile Contract Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites in London. This is a hands-on supervisory role combining practical maintenance duties with the coordination of engineers, planned maintenance, reactive repairs and essential paperwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organisational skills and experience supervising engineers while ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities · Carry out and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. · Supervise engineers, technicians and maintenance operatives across multiple sites. · Allocate daily workloads and prioritise urgent or high-risk jobs. · Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales and service-level agreements (SLAs). · Monitor outstanding jobs, overdue work orders and recurring faults. · Ensure critical plant and building systems remain operational. · Coordinate specialist contractors for servicing, repairs and statutory inspections. · Monitor attendance, productivity, workmanship and overall performance. · Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work meets the required standards. · Maintain accurate paperwork, maintenance records and logbooks. Requirements · Previous experience in a Supervisory role within Facilities Management or building services. · Strong technical background (Elec or Mech). · Experience overseeing PPM and reactive maintenance. · Ability to lead engineers while remaining hands-on when required. · Good organisational, communication and record-keeping skills. · Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise workloads effectively. · Right to work in UK.
