Key Responsibilities

Reactive Maintenance

PPMs

Mechanical plant includes heating systems, pumps, FCUs and fault finding on water systems.

Complying with SFG20

Record Keeping / Logbooks

Requirements

Level 3 Mechanical Engineer or Plumbing

G3 Unvented (Advantageous)

5 years experience in a similar position

Right to work in the UK
