Job Title: Mobile AC Building Services Engineer Salary: £48,000 per annum + 6 Monthly Bonuses Job Type:Technical / Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Mobile AC Building Services Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you'll work across a mixed commercial portfolio in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and servicing of air conditioning and associated building services systems. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems. Servicing and maintaining split, VRF/VRV and other commercial AC systems. Completing maintenance records, job sheets and service reports accurately. Working independently across multiple commercial sites while maintaining strong relationships with customers and site teams. Supporting the wider building services team with general mechanical and HVAC-related tasks. F-Gas Cat 1 ~ City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning ~Strong building services experience ~ Clean UK driving licence 25 Days annual leave + bank holidays ~ Van & Fuel Card (Private use) ~ Travel paid after 30 minutes each way ~6 monthly bonuses (£500, £1,000 or £1,500) ~Overtime, training and progression ~ Apply today and help us shape the future!
