Job Title: Mobile AC Building Services Engineer
Salary: £48,000 per annum + 6 Monthly Bonuses
Location: Bedfordshire
Job Type:Technical / Engineering
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Mobile AC Building Services Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you'll work across a mixed commercial portfolio in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and servicing of air conditioning and associated building services systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
- Servicing and maintaining split, VRF/VRV and other commercial AC systems.
- Completing maintenance records, job sheets and service reports accurately.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health & safety procedures and relevant legislation.
- Responding promptly to breakdowns and client requests.
- Working independently across multiple commercial sites while maintaining strong relationships with customers and site teams.
- Identifying potential issues and recommending remedial works where required.
- Supporting the wider building services team with general mechanical and HVAC-related tasks.
Requirements
- F-Gas Cat 1
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- 3 years' experience working in a similar position
- Strong building services experience
- Clean UK driving licence
