Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join our clients team, covering a range of commercial sites across Central London. In this mobile role, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring all works are completed proactively, efficiently and to a high standard. The successful candidate will be an experienced Maintenance Plumber with strong fault-finding skills, a professional approach and the ability to work independently while managing a varied mobile workload. You will play an important role in ensuring client sites remain safe, compliant and fully operational, while delivering consistently high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across multiple sites.
- Complete all required works in the most proactive and efficient manner possible.
- Travel between various client sites across Central London.
- Work in accordance with all mandatory health, safety, compliance and environmental requirements.
- Ensure KPIs are consistently met by working to the site plan.
- Consistently promote high standards through personal standards and quality of workmanship.
- Liaise with other departments, suppliers and external service providers as required.
- Record and document all work carried out accurately.
- Raise appropriate documentation and quotes where required.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and within the required timescales.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber.
- Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Strong plumbing fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good understanding of health, safety and compliance requirements.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
